The team that you will join is responsible for delivering "WOW!" service to incoming callers who have need for our services; handling the strategizing, coordination and communication functions required of dispatching to the highest standards; and processing the paperwork inherent to a service business. Being a small and efficient team, each person is hugely valued and participates in all these aspects.  The primary role of this particular position, which we call: Customer Service Representative, is to answer all incomming calls and provide such great phone service that the callers feel great about booking service with us.
