I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the recent work performed at a property we recently purchased. I contacted your company and was treated very well from the first call to your office through the completion of the job.

There are many companies that talk about providing customer service, but rarely do they deliver. In your case, your staff delivered!  I received a call back informing me of the approximate time the plumber was to arrive, when it was determined they would arrive at the latter part of the timeframe, I received another call to let me know. I never had to sit and wonder if someone had forgotten about our service call.

When your plumber, Ramon, arrived at the house to assess the problem, I felt reassured that I had called the right company. Ramon was thorough in his explanation of how he would make the repair. He provided a detailed estimate and we made arrangements for him to begin the job the following day. Ramon stayed in contact with us via phone as this is not our primary residence and we live out of the area. He communicated the progress on the job to us via phone. At all times we felt comfortable and confident that the job would be completed as promised.

In addition, Ramon went above and beyond when he returned to the house on Saturday in order to walk the job with my husband. We felt that this was a huge gesture as it was his day off to spend with his family. His efforts did not go unappreciated.
