Of course, the lawyers say there have to be rules:

1. Limit one “Team up for the Team” charitable contribution and/or discount per customer / household.  This applies to the entire Able contributions program, not just to each single participating group.
2. “Team up for the Team Gift Card” must be presented at or before the time of service to qualify.
3. Limit one coupon, discount, or gift card per service call.  You may apply a different discount (such as a 15% Service Agreement discount, senior discount, or other coupon discount if available) in lieu of the $20 “Team up for the Team” discount and still submit a “Team up for the Team Gift Card” to secure the $20 donation to the sponsored group, even though the $20 service discount would not apply.
4. Service call must include service work which is paid for by the client at Able’s then standard prices.
5. Dispatch fees, travel fees, emergency service fees or any other fees do not qualify as service work.
6. Material purchases without any labor component (such as Bio-Clean or replacement filters) do not qualify as service work.
7. Service Agreement enrollment fees do not qualify as service work.
8. Possession of a “Team up for the Team” offer or “Gift Card” does not entitle the bearer to any rights or privileges beyond those which apply to any other person.  Able is not obligated to accept or respond to any request for service and may accept or reject any such request at any time and for any reason or for no reason.
9. The “Team up for the Team Gift Card” has no (zero) cash value and is not redeemable other than as explained in the offer.
10. Distribution of “Team up for the Team” contributions accumulated under the program for any given participating group will be made within 60 days of the end of any quarter for which such accumulated and unpaid contributions amount to at least $100 (one hundred dollars).
11. Able is not responsible for monitoring how such funds are used by the sponsored group and/or the group’s designated “responsible party”.  Contact Able for the name of the “responsible party” to who accumulated funds for the sponsored group will be distributed.
12. Able, at its sole discretion, may decide which group or groups it will allow to participate under the “Team up for the Team” program.
13. Able, at its sole discretion, may cancel this offer at any time regardless of the fact that “Team up for the Team Gift Cards” may remain outstanding in physical or electronic format.  Such cancellation may apply to any individual group or groups or all groups at Able’s sole discretion.
