Thank you for inviting us into your homes to serve you. We are driven to make lives better every day and we love being able to be there for you. I want to personally share an update on our efforts at serving you and keeping you safe during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

There is no higher priority to us than the safety of our clients and our great team.

As an essential service that protects the health and welfare of our community, we remain in operation. We have established strong protocols to best protect you and our team members as we continue to show up and serve during this challenging time.

Please do not hesitate to call us, but please be understanding if it takes just a wee bit longer than usual to serve you as our staffing becomes affected by the virus. Calling sooner rather than later is great advice at the moment.

Some of the protocols that we are following in order be able to serve while also securing the safety of you and of our employees are:

• Our technicians are completely mobilized. This means each truck (our

mobile warehouse) goes home with their respective technician so that group contact at our main office facility is limited. This will minimize the contact of our employees and help reduce spreading of the virus.

• All of our regular training and team meetings have been cancelled for the time being in order to avoid group gatherings.

• Our staff is voluntarily reporting for work ONLY if they are healthy (including no fever or other symptoms associated with COVID-19.

• Our team has been educated on preventative measures such as washing their hands often with hot, soapy water for 20 seconds, using hand sanitizer when washing isn’t an immediate option, using protective gloves, shoe-covers, and more.

• Before dispatching a technician, we confirm that there is nobody in the household to be served that is, or has recently been, symptomatic in any way related to the virus.

• We will keep a greater distance from you in your home than normal (please avoid hand shakes), but we will still provide the friendly and thorough service to which you have become accustomed from us.

We are committed to you and to all the wonderful friends that we serve here in the North Valley. This is your community. This is our community. We are in this together and here to serve in every way we are able.
