Once we confirm your scheduled service, we'll call you when your service technician is on his way to make sure that you're home and that it is still convenient for you. One of our certified technician's will then come to your home in a clean, fully stocked truck with over 3,000 parts to make sure that he is prepared to take care of just about any (plumbing or electrical) problem that you may have.

He'll evaluate the problem, give you any options available along with his professional recommendations and the exact price for each option for your consideration and approval before any work is done. He'll also be happy to perform an safety and functionality inspection and give you his feedback on any or all of the visible components of your system as an additional free service while he's there.

Of course there's a minimal dispatch fee (only $29.50, or $49.50 for electrical service), but we even waive that when you have any of the recommended work done as most everyone does. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) for payment at the time of service.
