Senior Discount: In recognition of the contributions that Senior Citizens have made to our communities throughout their lives, we gladly offer a Senior discount of 5% off of our “Regular Rate Pricing” to any Client age 62 or older who requests a senior discount. As only one discount is allowed per purchase, the Service Technician is to consider which would result in the greatest savings for the Client (whether a Senior Discount, a Coupon, or any other available discount) to determine which one is the best choice for the Client. Obviously, it would be impolite to ask one’s age; Senior Discounts are available by request.
Clean or Free Warranty: Able Home Services will leave the inside of your home as clean, or cleaner, than we found it unless specifically noted in advance due to the nature of the project. If Able Home Services does not leave your home as clean as we found it, we will return to correct any deficiencies. If we fail to restore the condition of your home, our charge for services will be refunded. Of course, the homeowner must make the home reasonably available to allow Able Home Services or its contractors access to perform any necessary cleaning. This warranty excludes exterior work, excavations and aspects of jobs specifically excluded in writing prior to work being authorized (such as drywall work).
Residential Warranties: Unless otherwise stated on the authorized invoice, the following warranties apply (a limited manufacturer’s warranty may also apply) when material and services are purchased from Able Home Services at Able Home Services’ then standard rates. Our warranty includes parts and labor to make any needed repairs for failures due to material or workmanship for the periods listed. Obviously, there is no warranty for customer supplied items or non-standard stock items specially ordered at client request - this is an important benefit of selecting Able Home Services supplied standard items. It is important to note that damages such as deterioration of the finish of products are typically due to water condition or other external factors and, as such, are not covered by warranties. Faucets are guaranteed not to leak, drip or run for the warranty period. Obviously, there is no warranty for customer supplied items - this is an important benefit of selecting Able Home Services standard supplied items.
The following time periods are full parts and labor warranty from Able Home Services. Additional material warranties from the manufacturer may also apply.
New fixtures (faucets, toilets, water heaters & other fixtures),
Major rebuilds on toilets, Water heater repairs (limited to
purchased repair), Pipe installations, repairs & replacements
(replaced section only), & Valves 1 Full Year
Faucet rebuilds – and - Minor rebuilds on toilets 6 Months
Faucet repairs (less than a complete rebuild) 30 days
Main Line sewer rodding from clean-out (with camera) 30 days (under normal use only)
Local Drain Stoppages (not toilets; each line is independent) 30 days (under normal use only)
Sewer Line Repairs & Replacements (replaced sections only;
pre-existing pipe material retained and connections thereto
can obviously not be warranted):
High Density PolyEthylene 15 Full Years
ABS Piping 7 Full Years
Unless otherwise stated on the authorized invoice, there are no other warranties from Able. If an alternate warranty applies, the following or equivalent language should appear on the invoice: “Includes __ year warranty from Able.” As stated above, damages such as deterioration of the finish of products are typically due to water condition or other external factors and, as such, are not covered by warranties.
Important note: Warranties do not extend to situations in which conditions outside the specific scope of the work performed by us contribute to the failure of our work product. Clients are encouraged to have Able correct all such conditions in order to enjoy maximum warranty coverage.
